Refund policy
Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return any items.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, we highly recommend that you carefully try any new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them. All sale items are final sale and are non returnable/refundable. The customer is responsible for covering return postage. We highly recommend measuring your dog before placing your order. If you need help with this all harnesses, collars and leads have size guides and instructions attached to the product images, other items also include the exact dimensions in the product info.

How To Return -
If you need to return an item(s) you can contact us at info@harnessyourstyle.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the order
We will get back to you within 2-3 working days with instructions on how to return
All returned items MUST be unworn, unwashed and must not show any sign of use. If they do, they will be rejected and a refund will not be issued.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service when returning your order. Please ensure that you do keep tracking numbers. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Receiving a refund -
Once your return has arrived at Harness Your Style, we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. If the item is not legible for a refund, you will be notified that your return has been rejected. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (dependant on your financial institution). Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund: 1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs) 2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card3. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at: info@harnessyourstyle.co.uk
Issues / Damage -
Once your order is received, please do inspect it and do contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged / incorrect. We can then investigate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.
International Customs tax/charges are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location.
